• 14th Annual “Building Tomorrows” 5K Run/2 Mile Walk

Race Details: 3.1 Mile/5K, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, kids welcome. This race will help raise funds for Caldwell College's on-campus Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as help raise public awareness of autism.

Race Details: Run/Fitness Walk starts and ends at Berkeley Elementary School. The 5K route is a flat, fast and rolling course along Bloomfield Avenue and Watsessing Park. Police traffic controlled. EMS on site. This event is sanctioned by the NJ-USA Track & Field (USATF).
• 2012 Susan G. Komen North Jersey Race for the Cure
Date/Time: Sunday, May 6, 7 a.m. registration, 8:30 a.m. run, 10 a.m. walk
Entry Fee: $35 Runners: Timed 5K, $30 Walkers: 5K/1-Mile Fun Walk, $20 Teens for the Cure (ages 11-17), $15 Kids for the Cure (ages 10 & under), $100 Doctors for the Cure
Location: Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex, West Orange
Race Details: Make an impact and be part of this year’s race, raising money to help end breast cancer.
• IHN Race Against Homelessness
Date/Time: Saturday, May 12, 9 a.m. registration, 10 a.m. race
Entry Fee: $20 – Adults, $15 - Youth 18 and under

The 30th Annual Montclair Run For The Kids sponsored by the YMCA and the Montclair Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department will be held on Sunday, June 3. The event includes a 10K run and a 2 mile walk/run "fun run." And June is usually the month for the President's Cup 5K in downtown Millburn - we'll keep you posted on the date.
