Snow is in the Forecast

The National Weather Services issues a winter weather advisory for the area.

To the relief of children waiting all winter to go sledding and skiers tired of fake snow, weather forecasters are finally predicting some snow overnight and more on the weekend.

In fact, The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for late Friday night and Saturday.

In case you missed it: Forecasters now say there's 80 percent chance of snow tonight (Friday) and we could see 1 to 3 inches by morning. Additionally, they are predicting a 100 percent chance of snow and sleet Saturday mainly before noon with new snow and sleet accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
