Millburn's annual celebration of winter, featuring clowns, marching bands, community groups, local dignitaries and a visit from Santa who arrives on the Millburn Fire Department's hook and hadder truck. Running along Millburn Avenue between Holmes and Spring Streets, the parade ends at the Courtyard behind , where Santa will hang around for pictures and share refreshments with the crowd.  The Funny Factory Clown Band will perform.  The Millburn Police Department and the U.S. Marine Reserves will hold a collection for the Toys for Tots campaign at the parade. The parade begins at 1:30 p.m.
