Millburn-Short Hills Patch will stream Governor Chris Christie's State of the State address this afternoon from 3 to 4 p.m.

The governor will spend about an hour discussing his plans for the coming year. He's expected to talk about possible changes to the state's education system, property tax reform, and how he hopes to get the state budget under control.

We'll also give you a chance to add your thoughts in our live blog, plus we'll add our own observations, including those from Huffington Post political reporter (and former Westfield Patch editor) John Celock.
