Amanti Vino Creating Wine-and-Beer-Paired Dinner to Benefit Youth

Six of New Jersey’s biggest chefs are gearing up to prepare six courses of elegant fare paired off with wine and beer from local brewers and wineries.

Amanti Vino is hosting an autumnal food fest entitled Cru Meets Brew with proceeds to benefit MACHE, Montclair High’s culinary club, and Intensive Therapeutics, a non-profit benefiting children with special needs, Oct. 16 at 6:30 p.m. Amanti is co-presenting the dinner with the Montclair Food and Wine Festival.
