Baby's Perfect Gift Opens In Upper Montclair: Five Guys Coming October 15

The country may be experiencing a stubborn recession, but Upper Montclair is seeing the opening of a lot of new businesses. Indeed, on Saturday, October 2, Baby's Perfect Gift opened its doors at 195 Bellevue Avenue.

Co-owners Marcia DeOteris and Ilene Goldmeier, both long-time residents of Montclair, celebrated the event with a ribbon-cutting ceremony along with Councilors Cary Africk And Rich Murnick.

Dot the Clown led a day of festivities marked by face painting and animal balloons.

Baby's Perfect Gift, which opened with an expanded line of clothing and gift items for babies and toddlers up to size 4T, is just one new business in Upper Montclair.

Among them is the Four Seasons Kebab House, which opened on Valley Road last month. And the word on the street is that the long-time-coming Five Guys Burgers and Fries — also on Valley Road — is finally set to open on ... drum roll please ... October 15.
