Chew on That: Montclair Man Arrested for Stealing Gum

Truss, from Montclair, was placed under arrest for shoplifting from CVS on Valley Road.

On Wednesday November 12 at 10:34 a.m., CVS employees saw Truss placing 48 packages of gum into a bag, and run out of the store. The police were called and officers located Truss at the bus stop in front of A&P Supermarket.

When officers found Truss, he indeed had all 48 packages of gum in his possession. His bail was set at $2,500.
