Church Street Festival Presents Grey's Light

The summer series continues on Thursday evening.

The Church Street Summer Music Festival, sponsored by Tapastry
Restaurant, proudly presents GREY'S LIGHT with KENNEDY GREY and
LUKE MICHURA outdoors on the corner of Church Street and Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair on August 30 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The spectacular musical duo of vocalist Kennedy Grey and musician Luke
Michura will entertain al fresco diners, shoppers, and the pedestrian crowd with their unique renderings of indie/soul/blues.

As a vocalist, Grey delivers songs that transport the listener to the world and perspective of the lyrics and melody. She belts, interprets and finesses each line to set an unforgetable mood. Kennedy Grey garnered a legion of fans when she was a contender on "American Idol" this past season, making it to the Top 60.

Michura, a master guitarist, styles each note, chord and lick, complimenting Grey's singing to perfection.

Both Grey and Michura are Montclair natives and were recently featured
as guests on TV34-Montclair's ARTS UP CLOSE.

The successful Thursday and Saturday night outdoor summer concert
series is managed and hosted by Meg Beattie and Greg Spinelli,
who sometimes do a set or two themselves. In the event of inclement
weather, the concerts move indoors to Tapastry's main dining room at
12 Church Street, Montclair.

Owners, Cheryl and Greg Spinelli, are happy to present the annual
music festival each year and to have an opportunity to foster the arts
alongside serving up their exciting al fresco tapas dining experience.
Tapastry's authentic menu is created by Chef Gonzolo Fernandez. BYOB. No Cover. Tapastry Restaurant, 12 Church St. For reservations, call
