Fourth Ward Plans 2 Community Cleanup Days
The South End Business Improvement District and Bay Street Community Association of Montclair will host upcoming events.
Two community cleanup and beautification efforts are coming up in Montclair's Fourth Ward.
Join merchants and the South End Business Improvement District on Saturday, May 17 at 9 a.m. in a family and friends effort to beautify the SEBID and surrounding area.
Volunteers will meet at the corner of Cedar Avenue and Orange Road. Participants are asked to bring gardening equipment and flats of flowers to plant in the beds.
The Bay Street Community Association of Montclair (BCAM) will host a neighborhood cleanup and family fun day on Sunday, June 1 at 1 p.m.
Volunteers will meet at the corner of Pine Street and Glenridge Avenue. For more information on the BCAM cleanup effort, see Mary Z at 73 See Gallery, 73 Pine St.
Gloves and refuse bags will be provided at both events.
