Help This Architect Build A Lego Version Of Montclair

It's Montclair like you've never seen it before… made from 60,000 Lego building blocks.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — It’s Montclair like you’ve never seen it before… in Legos.

On Sunday, March 25, architect Stephen Schwartz of Building Blocks Workshops will help local families to recreate some of their hometown’s most recognizable landmarks using nothing but a repository of 60,000 Lego building blocks.

Here’s how organizers describe the event on Facebook:

“Families select a photograph of a Montclair building to turn into a Lego model. These models are then placed on a 30 x 20 foot map of Montclair. Suitable for families with children ages 5 – 14. Maximum four people per group, with at least one adult per group. Space is limited to 50 families for the two-hour event, and a parent or adult must accompany children.”
