Leasing Starts For New Luxury Homes In Montclair: The Vestry

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A growing number of home renters are seeking to move out of cities in favor of “spaciousness and tranquility,” and a new luxury residential building in Montclair is trying to reach out to them.

Recently, Sterling Properties, and Montclair-based Greenwood Development announced the launch of leasing for The Vestry, a LEED-designed collection of 46 luxury residences at 147 Bloomfield Avenue.

The building features a suite of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop lounge with an outdoor terrace, communal barbeque and pizza oven, a pool table, a fitness center and a dog wash.

According to the developers:
