MONTCLAIR, NJ — A building on Park Street in Montclair recently sold for $2.5 million, a report says.
The New Jersey office of real estate firm Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of 70 Park Montclair, a 12,000-square-foot property that is 83 percent occupied, mostly by medical professionals, NJBiz.com reported earlier this week.
The seller and buyer were not disclosed, NJBiz.com stated.
