Parking bans remain in effect. Municipal court hearings, government meetings cancelled on Tuesday

Montclair Township officials said a number of government meetings and services would be cancelled due to the winter storm.
Refuse and recycling collection and senior citizen shuttle services are cancelled Tuesday and possibly Wednesday.
