Montclair Center Gateway Redevelopment Talks Coming in April

The Township of Montclair will host a public workshop meeting to discuss the Montclair Center Gateway Phase 2 Redevelopment Plan on Thursday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chamber.

The properties included in the Montclair Center Phase 2 Redevelopment Plan are shown in blue on the map above.

Township planning consultant Paul Phillips will present preliminary concepts for the plan and members of the public will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments and suggestions, according to a township spokesperson. 

Montclair residents and business owners are encouraged to attend to provide their input.
