Montclair Coronavirus Cases Rise 72 Percent In 3 Months
Montclair's cumulative COVID-19 cases are up 72 percent since January. See month-by-month totals for the past year.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair’s cumulative coronavirus cases have risen 72 percent in the past three months, according to statistics from Essex County officials.
The town’s total COVID-19 cases stood at 1,187 on Jan. 1. As of April 1, that total had risen to 2,049.
There have also been 68 cumulative deaths linked to the disease in Montclair, a 19 percent rise from Jan. 1, when the total stood at 57.
