Montclair Developer Hands Off Management Of Montclarion Buildings
Clifton-based Value Companies Inc. will take over management of the two Montclair properties.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair developer Richard Poulton, owner and developer of the buildings known as the Montclarion I and II, has handed over management and leasing duties of the two buildings to the Clifton-based Value Companies Inc., according to a company news release.
Poulton owns The Montclarion, a 56-unit rental building at 10 Pine Street originally built in 1985, as well as The Montclarion at Bay Street Station, a five-story, 40-home apartment building expected to open leasing in early 2017.
The properties are located near the Bay Street NJ Transit Station in Montclair.

Value Companies currently has a portfolio of 3,226 multifamily apartments across 15 communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, the company news release stated.
