The Montclair Housing Market continues to astound! In March, we saw Under Contract climb to virually 100% of the number of Actives Homes for sale, which I refer to as a "HYPER" market. This is also supported by the fact that the Sales Price Paid was 103% of the List Price.
The Glen Ridge Housing Market also continues to astound! In March, we saw Under Contract climb to over 130% of the number of Actives Homes for sale, which I refer to as a "HYPER" market. This is also supported by the fact that the Sales Price Paid was 103.5% of the List Price.
