Montclair Lifts Local State of Emergency
Normal parking procedures allowed; most bus, commuter train service resumes

Montclair Township said a local state of emergency declaration has been lifted and police alerted residents that normal on-street parking may resume.
The township previously announced that local public schools and non emergency government offices would remain closed.
Morris & Essex Midtown Direct service departed Dover at 11 a.m. and is following a weekend schedule.

DeCamp Bus Lines resumed regular weekday service at 10 a.m., however the company warned to expect delays.
Upper Mountain Avenue between Laurel Avenue and Mount Hebron Road will be closed until 4 p.m. for supervised sledding.
