Montclair OEM Declares State of Emergency
Parking banned on streets after 8:00 p.m. Municipal lots or Fullerton deck parking available for residents.

The Montclair Office of Emergency Management said it declared a state of emergency effective at 8 p.m. tonight due to the winter storm.
The declaration means no parking is allowed on Montclair streets after that time and vehicles will be ticketed and towed. Drivers with night permits can park in the nearest municipal lot or the Fullerton deck free of charge.
The Bay Street and Crescent Street parking decks will not be available for off-street parking.
