Montclair Offers Affordable Housing Unit for Sale

The Township of Montclair has announced the sale of an affordable housing unit through the Extension of Affordability Controls program. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in the Montclair Mews (unit 326), 50 Pine Street, Montclair and is available for purchase by a qualifying low-income household for $62,922.

The Township is also in the process of purchasing and renovating three additional apartments at the Montclair Mews and will soon have a new one-bedroom townhouse at 69-83 Bay Street that will all be made available for resale to qualifying low-income households in the near future.
