Montclair’s Valley and Bloom Announces 3 Lead Tenants: Clifton Savings Bank, Waxing the City, ATT

Montclair, NJ – Are you curious about what businesses will be the first to occupy the retail space at the multi-million dollar Valley & Bloom development?

Last week, developers LCOR announced that Clifton Savings Bank, Waxing the City and AT&T will be the first three retailers located at the base of Valley & Bloom, a long heralded, mixed-use complex in Montclair.

The 258-residential unit complex – which also has a 22,000 square foot commercial space - reached 50 percent lease capacity in May, LCOR stated in a news release.

All three businesses are slated to open this summer, LCOR stated.

According to a company news release:

• Clifton Savings Bank specializes in Northern New Jersey with 14 locations from Clifton to Hoboken
• Waxing the City will be opening its 10th New Jersey location at Valley & Bloom
• The new AT&T will be the 13th company storefront in Essex County
