Montclair Tattoo Studio Hosts Art Exhibit: Gionna Cuccolo

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Painted Soul Arts, a contemporary art and tattoo studio located in Montclair, is showcasing an array of work from New Jersey artist Gionna Cuccolo.

The exhibit kicked off in October and will run until Sunday, Dec. 13 at 124 Walnut Street.

According to a statement from organizers:

“Gionna Cuccolo is a visual artist currently living and working in New Jersey. Her work has been exhibited in Poland, Hungary, Germany, Ireland, and Bulgaria; with a solo exhibition in Marrakech, Morocco. Her current residencies include World of Co in Sofia, Bulgaria and the Pienkow Artist Residency in Chelm, Poland. Cuccolo’s current work is heavily rooted in drawing, exploring themes of beauty, sanctity, and our relationship to the spiritual. More of her work can be seen on Instagram.”

The exhibition space at Painted Soul Arts is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday (closed Monday and Wednesday). Guests entering the studio must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing protocols.
