Montclair is sponsoring a virtual workshop to help local residents and municipal employees who are struggling with potential foreclosures.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Township of Montclair is sponsoring a virtual workshop to help local residents and municipal employees who are struggling with potential foreclosures.

According to a town news release, the Wednesday, Jan. 20 workshop is free for Montclair residents and municipal workers.

The workshop is part of a six-class series covering topics that address obtaining and sustaining housing goals. Registration is required to attend, and can be done online here.

The workshop will take place from 3 to 4 p.m., and cover topics such as:

  • Mortgage Forbearance
  • Loan Modification
  • Foreclosure
  • Evaluating your options
