Montclair's Valley and Bloom Complex Is Filling Up, Developers Say
The mixed-use complex is part of the Montclair Gateway Redevelopment Plan.

Montclair, NJ – The Valley & Bloom complex in Montclair is filling up, developers say.
In a Monday news release, developers with LCOR stated that the mixed-use complex – which features 258 rental units in total – has begun leasing for its second building.
The first building, which was launched in July of 2015, is already 85 percent leased, according to developers.

According to a company news release, Valley & Bloom is part of phase one of the Montclair Gateway Redevelopment Plan.
Phase two of the plan is currently underway and involves the development of The MC Hotel, a branch of the Marriott International’s Autograph Collection.

Valley & Bloom’s Building II features 119 rental units, shared amenities for the entire development and 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Apartments range in size from 501 square feet to 1,189 square feet.
Many of the complex’s shared amenities are located in Building II, including a café, children’s playroom, and a “state-of-the-art” fitness center and yoga studio.
Starting rents for the studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range in price from $1,690 per month to $4,395 per month.
Valley & Bloom was co-developed by LCOR and The Pinnacle Companies. Located at 34 Valley Road, the transit oriented development project is managed by LCOR. In total, Valley & Bloom’s two, six-story buildings offer 258 rental units, 20,000 square feet of office space, 22,000 square feet of retail space and 571 parking spaces.
