Montclair's Valley and Bloom Fills 2 New Leases: Report
The Valley & Bloom mixed use complex on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair has two new tenants, according a report.
Montclair, NJ – The Valley & Bloom mixed use complex on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair has two new tenants, according a report.
NJBiz stated that the new tenants are Regus, which leased 13,500 square feet, and Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, which leased 6,500 square feet.
Both companies signed 10-year leases, the report stated.

Together, the two tenants represent 100 percent of the 20,000-square-foot office component at 638 Bloomfield Avenue, NJBiz reported.
