Mountainside Hospital Buys 2 Immedicenter Offices In NJ

Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair purchased Immedicenter offices in Bloomfield and Clifton.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair purchased Immedicenter offices in Bloomfield and Clifton, the hospital announced Monday.

Immedicenter provides patients with immediate care for injuries and acute illness. The center also offers primary care and chronic care services, as well as immunizations, vaccines, occupational health, student screening and telemedicine.

The offices will be renamed Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Immedicenter.

“I have been on the Mountainside Medical Center staff for over 30 years – it’s a first class institution, and I have close relationships with many of the doctors at the hospital,” said Michael Basista, medical director of Immedicenter.

“Integrating with Mountainside will allow Immedicenter to offer improved continuity of care and a seamless patient experience,” said Basista, who will continue to serve as medical director for both offices.
