MSU Construction Will Disrupt Travel And Parking Over Next Few Weeks

Students and staff should be aware of projects going on around the university.

As classes enter their second week at Montclair State University, students and staff should be aware that getting around is going to be difficult for the next few weeks.

Indeed, MSU said on Tuesday that:

— Work on the sewer lines will be starting between Valley Road and College Avenue on Normal Avenue on Wednesday, September 8. There will be intermittent travel disruptions.

  — There also will be intermittent openings and closings of College Avenue on Friday and Saturday, September 10 and 11, at Normal Avenue.

— Effective September 8 and for the next two weeks, the service access road adjacent to Freeman Hall will be closed.

— Staff and faculty parking in lots 1 and 2 (behind the Bond House) are advised to walk to College Avenue to enter the University.
