Police: Drunken Montclair Woman Backed Into Parked Car

A Montclair woman was charged with drunken driving last week when she backed into a parked car on Claremont Avenue, police said.

Mary Flynn, 60, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated within 1,000 feet of a school, careless driving, failure to exhibit a driver's license and failure to wear a seat belt.

According to police, witnesses saw Flynn back her 1997 Saab 900 into a parked car at about 5 p.m. on June 22. Officers determined Flynn was intoxicated at the time of the crash, police said.
