MONTCLAIR, NJ — A "gorgeous classical architectural estate" in Montclair is renting out for a hefty price: $12,000.

According to a listing on Realtor.com, a mansion at 25 Prospect Avenue is available for rental. The landlord will open and close the pool at the sprawling, lavish estate, but the tenant is responsible for maintenance.

There's no smoking at the mansion, which offers more than 20,000 square feet of living space on four levels with two master suites and eight additional bedrooms.
