of Church Street and Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair on Thursday evening from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

5) The Montclair Public Library hosts T'ai chi and Tea on Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. T'ai chi ch'uan is an ancient Chinese martial and healing art. Each Tuesday class begins with a warm-up session designed to limber up the body and promote flexibility of all connective tissue, and includes Chi Gung (Energy Arts) exercises. $3-$5 free per class. Scholarship available. After each class, enjoy a cup of healthy and delicious tea. Tea specialist and Terra owner Grace Grund will share a different variety each week and educate participants about that tea. Taught by Donald Madson, certified by the Kung Fu Academy of New Jersey.
