Village Green Sousa Concert Returns
July 14 will see the return of the Sousa/Broadway Band Concert to the lawn at St. James, Upper Montclair!
This concert has a history of more than 20 years, and we missed it last year! The New Sousa Band is a once-a-year group of musicians who gather under the direction of Martha Boughner to present an old-fashioned “Concert in the Park”, featuring marches, Broadway and movie themes, patriotic songs and a few new surprises this year. We begin at 7:30 pm, and play for one hour. Rain date is the following Wednesday, July 21. This Band Concert promises to be a grand reunion of musicians and audience, after the loss of last year’s performance due to the pandemic. Please join us!
