Mimi has been performing for over 25 years on stage, in music, and on-screen in NY, NJ, and CA. As an avocation, Ms. Francis has enjoyed the years of taking on challenging roles, music and would like to pursue even more as the years' progress. Professionally, she has had successful careers in Human Resource Management, and for the past 15 years as a public-school educator/leader. She is a writer, crafter, and jewelry artisan, always looking forward to creating and sharing these experiences with upcoming artists and fellow creatives.
