Watch Montclair Police Honor Guard At Giants Vs. Saints Game

MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Montclair Police Department Honor Guard recently made an appearance at a New York Giants home game.
The MPD unit held the flags high during the Giants’ matchup against the New Orleans Saints on September 30.
The unit – which is charged with performing at ceremonial rites and observances – typically operates at public functions such as parades, holiday observances, funerals, public dedications, burials of public officials and public exhibitions.

Recently, the MPD Honor Guard Unit has been present for the funeral of a Fort Myers police officer, marched in the township's 4th of July and African-American Heritage Day parades, attended a 100 Club Dinner to honor valorous officers and paid respect to fallen law enforcement officers at a "Blue Mass" in 2017.
