What Does it Cost to Rent in Montclair?

What do you think it costs to rent in Montclair?  

The website Rich Blocks, Poor Blocks has broken down the rental costs in town and mapped them out using data from the American Community Survey, which is park of the most recent Census. 

The website shows the median monthly rent throughout Montclair and for renter residents is on the lower edge of the range paid by most throughout the state.

According to the website, the monthly middle-rental range in New Jersey is estimated between $928 and $1,368. 

In Montclair rent starts at $938 and is estimated at $1,645 on the high side.
