Yogi Berra Museum to Screen 'Henry and Me'

The screening of the animated film will take place on Sunday Dec. 7 at 1:00 p.m. and then again at 3:00 p.m.

The animated film “Henry & Me” is a heartwarming tale of a young cancer-stricken Yankee fan’s magical journey. A special screening of the film will take place at the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Families can view the special screenings with regular Museum admission.

The story centers around Jack, an 11 year-old baseball fan who finds himself transported from his hospital bed to an amazing world where he meets Yankee legends old and new and learns valuable life lessons.

The cast features Richard Gere in the title role, and a number of Yankee legends including Babe Ruth, Mariano Rivera and Yogi Berra, who portray themselves in the film.

Copies of the DVD will also be available for purchase. A percentage of sales from each purchase will benefit charities including the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center.
