3 Killed In Crash With NJ Transit Bus On Route 38: Moorestown PD

Two women and one man were killed when their car collided with an NJ Transit bus on Route 38 in Moorestown overnight, police said.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Three people were killed when their car collided with an NJ Transit bus in an overnight accident on Route 38 in Moorestown, police said Saturday morning.

Two women and one man were killed when their car collided with an NJ Transit bus at the intersection of Route 38 and Pleasant Valley Avenue early Saturday morning, according to Moorestown police.

They were pronounced deceased on the scene. They had not been identified as of Saturday morning.

The bus was making a left turn from Route 38 west onto Pleasant Valley Avenue when it was struck by the car, police said. The car was travelling east on Route 38 at the time of the crash, police said.

The bus driver and a passenger were taken to Cooper Hospital, where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
