Hospice of Moorestown VNA Announces Virtual Grief Support Groups
Grief Support is a Telephone Call Away
The Hospice of Moorestown VNA continues to reach out to the community with a range of free grief support programs. 5 different groups address the varied needs of adults and are available remotely via phone-in session.
Children's offerings include "Expressions," an in-person art therapy group designed to help children process feelings and develop coping skills following loss of a loved one. Due to the restrictions of COVID-19, meeting size is limited to 6 individuals, and CDC mask and social distancing protocols will be observed. The group is held on select evenings at Moorestown Visiting Nurses & Hospice, 300 Harper Drive in Moorestown.
Camp Firefly for bereaved children returns on August 28. This one-day camp provides in-person grief support activities combined with a day of fresh air and traditional camp activities. Applications and more available online at https://www.moorestownvna.org/...
