Summer Fest

Join Glassboro for the 5th annual Summer Fest, happening every Thursday in June and July from 5:00-9:00pm in the Glassboro Town Square.

Burlington County Fairgrounds

Dinosaur Adventure and the Burlington County Fairgrounds have teamed up to transform the grounds into a one-of-a-kind prehistoric drive-thru experience. From July 3rd – July 18th, life-sized, roaring and moving dinosaurs will roam free at the Burlington County Fairgrounds in this Dinosaur Adventure Drive-Thru.

For a limited time, guests will have the rare opportunity to encounter their favorite dinosaurs, featuring the ferocious T-Rex, a colossal Brachiosaurus, Triceratops, Spinosaurus, Velociraptors,
and many more! – All from the comfort and safety of their vehicles.

While the giant dinosaurs are the “meat and bone” of the event, Dinosaur Adventure Drive-Thru also features the newest baby dinosaur members of the pack! Experienced dino handlers will introduce the baby dinosaurs to guests during the adventure. Each family will also leave with a free family adventure photo! Guests will embark on thirty-to-forty-five-minute drive thru journey, guided by a fun and educational audio tour, through the grounds where they will see life-sized roaring and moving dinosaurs up close.

The event runs July 3rd – 5th, July 8th – 11th , and July 15th – 18th. All vehicles will follow the same one-way route through the grounds. Tickets are limited and sold on a per day, per time-period basis. Prices start at $49 per vehicle of up to eight people per car. Guests can also purchase an Ultimate Adventure souvenir toy pack for children. Admission tickets and adventure packs will not be sold onsite.

Pirates are Landing at Adventure Aquarium

Arrgh! Pirates are arriving at Adventure Aquarium on June 18 seeking treasure for a limited-time, fun and interactive family experience. The crew will teach you to walk and talk like a pirate as you play games, make crafts, hunt for Darkbeard’s treasure and learn about parrots. You may even walk the plank! Come sail into summer with Adventure Aquarium!

Summer evenings at Bellview Winery are back! Join them for live music, food trucks, and specialty drinks. They will have tables and chairs set up on their lawn and there will be lawn spaces available for those that would like to bring their own chairs for the evening.

Second Saturday in Collingswood

Enjoy live music and art all over Collingswood! Second Saturday was started by a collection of store owners that had an interest in promoting the arts in Collingswood. Each month from March to December visitors can plan a night on the town to experience the unique arts, music, shopping and dining Collingswood is known for. As always, Second Saturdays are free and there are local artists and musicians on each block. Just arrive & enjoy the culture.

Free Canoes & Kayaks

Scotland Run Park, Clayton

Canoes and kayaks will be available at the Scotland Run Park beach area Saturdays and Sundays only, from June 12 through September 5. The boats are available beginning at 9 am and the last boat launch is at 3 pm. Boats are on a first come, first serve basis. All children 14 years and younger, must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets and paddles are provided. Masks and social distancing are required when checking in. See you on the water!

Barrington Brews, Beats & Eats is back! Barrington’s only food truck/beer garden festival is coming back this summer hosted again by the Barrington Civic Association. After the last year we’ve all had, I’m sure we all could use some drinks and fun in the sun with friends!
This year’s event will take place on Saturday July 10th from 3pm-10pm in the St. Francis (Rosebud Academy) parking lot.
They’re going to have Miller Lite, Yuengling, and 3 Flying Fish Brewing Company IPAs on tap. In addition, they’ll have a Tito’s Handmade Vodka electric lemonade, a Malibu bay breeze and Black Box Cab or Pinot options!

They have some amazing food trucks lined up including Shake Shack, Smokin’ Addiction BBQ, Dan’s Waffles and more. They will be announcing more food options soon!
