Moorestown 2021 Summer Camp Guide

MOORESTOWN, NJ — After a year when too many traditions have had to be canceled for coronavirus safety, summer camps for kids are back on this year. The state has issued updated guidance on how these camps can safely operate during the coronavirus pandemic.

There are several options to keep the kids busy this summer around Moorestown, including town-sponsored camps, arts camps, sports camps and more.

Here's a look at the camps planned around Moorestown for summer 2021. Click on the links for registration information:

Moorestown Township Summer Camp Programs: The Parks and Recreation Department offers sports, theater, arts, culinary, robotics and special needs camps throughout the summer. Weekly camps beginning the week of June 21 through the week of July 26, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Moorestown Public Schools Summer Enrichment Camp: For boys and girls, rising grades pre-school through 9th. A Moorestown staple for 24 years, there are enrichment programs and fun activities.

Moorestown Theater Company Summer Stage: MTC's Summer Stage program will put on productions of "Annie, Kids," "Oliver, Jr.," "Legally Blonde, Jr.," and "School House Rock Live!, Jr." in 2021. Anyone who registers by April 30 will get $25 off and payments are refundable. Full price after May 1, and payments will be non-refundable.

Moorestown Field House Day Camps: For ages 5-12 years old, the all-day sports camp offers developmentally appropriate games. Throughout the camp children have the ability to be active, make friends, and transform an ordinary day into a day filled with fun. Half-day and full-day hours available.

Chesterbrook Academy Summer Camp: Chesterbrook's summer camp programs provide children opportunities to explore, discover, make new friends and learn new skills. Their counselors encourage campers to reach for new heights and expand their horizons and interests.

Goddard School Summer Camp: Goddard's summer camp curriculum incorporates STEAM learning (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). They offer a broad range of programs and mini-camps to pique the interest and curiosity of every child.
