On Monday night, council will introduce two proposed ordinances and consider three non-consent agenda resolutions concerning a land swap concerning the Nagle Tract that has been proposed by Lockheed Martin.

The defense company has expressed concerns about housing being that close to their facility and an adjacent Navy base presenting a threat to national security.

In the proposal, Lockheed Martin would assume possession of the Nagle Tract, and the proposed affordable housing development would be built about a mile down the road. Read more here: National Security Concerns Spur Moorestown Land Swap Proposal
