Moorestown HS, MFS Set For Boys Soccer Playoffs

Moorestown is the No. 1 seed in Group 3, and Moorestown Friends is the No. 2 seed in Non-Public B, according to nj.com.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Both the Moorestown High School and Moorestown Friends School boys soccer teams are in prime position to make runs at South Jersey championships.

The Moorestown High School boys soccer team is the No. 1 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 3 tournament, according to brackets posted on nj.com.

Moorestown will host No. 16 Winslow in the first round on Tuesday, Oct. 29. The winner plays the winner of the game between No. 8 Lacey and No. 9 Ocean City in the quarterfinals on Nov. 1.
The semifinals will take place on Nov. 5, and the championship game is set for Nov. 8.

Moorestown Friends is the No. 2 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Non-Public B tournament, according to nj.com.

Moorestown Friends will host No. 15 Calvary Christian (Old Bridge) in the first round on Tuesday, Oct. 29. The winner plays the winner of the game between No. 7 St. Rose and No. 10 Mater Dei in the quarterfinals on Nov. 1.
