Moorestown Mall Mega-Site Offering Walk-In Vaccine Appointments
New Jersey's COVID-19 vaccination mega-site at the Moorestown Mall is now offering walk-in appointments, as of Thursday.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — New Jersey's COVID-19 vaccination mega-site at the Moorestown Mall is now accepting walk-in appointments after state officials announced that all six of its mega-sites are now taking walk-ins.
“From now on, all six N.J. mega-sites are offering walk-in vaccinations,” the New Jersey Department of Health announced. “You do not need an appointment to get vaccinated at these sites, and you do not need to be a resident of a specific county to get vaccinated at that county's mega-site.”
The mega-site is located in the former Lord & Taylor’s store in the Moorestown Mall, 400 Route 38 in Moorestown. It surpassed 300,000 doses administered last weekend.

On Wednesday, more than 100 members of the Eastern Regional High School community, including students, parents, teachers and staff were vaccinated at the site.
“We want our school to be a safe haven in every sense, and that means helping all eligible people receive the COVID-19 vaccine,” Eastern Camden County Regional School District Superintendent Robert Cloutier said.
“Spring is an exciting time for our school community; we have concerts, athletic events, prom, and graduation,” Eastern Camden County Regional School District Special Services Director Susan Roth said. “We want to enjoy these moments and make them as safe as possible, which is why we encourage everyone to get vaccinated.”
Virtua Health, the health care partner for the Burlington County Mega-Site, invites schools, houses of worship, and other community entities to schedule group vaccination opportunities for their constituents. To schedule a group vaccination event, send an introductory email to covidmegasite@virtua.org.
“If any subset of our community wants support organizing COVID-19 vaccines for large groups, Virtua wants to help,” Virtua Health Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Reg Blaber said. “We have appointment availability at the mega-site, and will be glad to welcome you.”
Although walk-ins are being accepted, all residents can visit virtua.org/vaccine to select an appointment date and time, or call 888-VIRTUA-3. Appointments are available seven day a week through April and into May.
