Moorestown, Moorestown Friends Baseball Teams Make Playoffs

MOORESTOWN, NJ - Both the Moorestown High School and Moorestown Friends School baseball teams begin their quests for a South Jersey title next week.

Moorestown is the No. 3 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 3 playoffs, according to nj.com.
The Quakers will host No. 14 Timber Creek in the first round on Monday, May 20.

The winner plays the winner of the game between No. 6 Hammonton and No. 11 Lacey in the quarterfinals on May 23. The semifinals are set for May 28, and the championship game is scheduled for May 31.

Moorestown Friends is the No. 9 seed in theNJSIAA South Jersey Non-Public B playoffs, according to nj.com.

Moorestown Friends will visit No. 8 Ranney in the first round on Tuesday, May 21. The winner faces top-seeded Gloucester Catholic in the second round on May 24. The semifinals are set for May 28, and the championship game is set for May 31.
