Teruko Schneider (nee Uehara) passed away on March 6, 2021, at home peacefully, surrounded by family. She was 89.
She was originally from a farming village in Okinawa and then settled down in Moorestown, where she lived for over 60 years. She had worked at The Lutheran Home at Moorestown for many years.
She will be remembered for always having a smile on her face and a kind, loving heart. The front door to her home was open to everyone, and she was fondly called “Ma” by many, many family friends.
