Billy Joel's Music Expertly Performed By NYSOM In Moorestown

MOORESTOWN, NJ - Moorestown will be in a New York state of Mind on Saturday, June 15, as NYSOM takes the stage in an electrifying performance bringing the excitement of the big apple to Moorestown for a one night only performance.

NYSOM is a live band celebrating the timeless music of one of the greatest singer/songwriters of our time, Billy Joel. All seasoned performers from Broadway and beyond, the band’s precise, exciting and passionate renditions of Joel’s classic songs have engaged audiences everywhere from the casual listener to the hardcore fan.

The concert, produced by MoorArts, will be held Saturday, June 15 at 7:30 p.m. on the auditorium stage at Moorestown High School, a venue with outstanding sound quality and ample seating. Tickets are $25 online at www.MoorArts.org and $30 at the door.

MoorArts is bringing the band to the township as part of the organization’s ongoing mission to engage Moorestown residents in a variety of arts experiences and promote awareness and appreciation of fine and performing arts on many levels throughout the community.

Lead vocalist and “piano man” Marc G. Dalio is an award-winning performer whose stage credits include leading roles in numerous Broadway shows. He has performed throughout the United States and Europe as a vocalist, actor, pianist, director, musical director and conductor. Members of the NYSOM band are experienced tour and session artists who have backed luminaries like Lenny Kravitz, Sly Stone, The Commodores, and Clarence Clemons.
