Updated Moorestown Election Results As Vote Counting Continues
As of Wednesday night, the Burlington County Board of Elections had counted 251,338 ballots in the 2020 elections.
MOORESTOWN, NJ — As of Wednesday night, the Burlington County Board of Elections had counted 251,338 ballots in the 2020 elections., according to the county’s website.

While the numbers change, results in both the Moorestown council and board of education races have held steady, with the three Democrats seeking three seats on council holding on to their lead for more than a week.

As of Wendesday night, Democrat Sue Mammarella remained the leading vote-getter in the council race with 6,891 votes, followed by Dave Zipin with 6,800 votes and Jake Van Dyken with 6,620 votes.

Republican Vick Bobadilla trails Van Dyken by 389 votes, with 6,231 votes. Doug Maute is next with 6,048 votes, followed by Barbara Omert with 5,996 votes.
Lauren Romano remains in first place in the six-person race for three open seats on the Moorestown Board of Education, with 6,760 votes. Mick Weeks remained second with 6,293, followed by Jack Fairchild with 5,002.
Sarah Rivera trails Fairchild by 458 votes, as she registered 4,544 votes. Julie Woodrow was next with 4,003 votes, followed by Val Gallagher with 3,344 votes.
