Youth Soccer Training Center Opening At East Gate Square

MOORESTOWN, NJ — An academy aimed at developing soccer skills and personal growth for children between 1 and 7 years old will soon open along the Moorestown and Mount Laurel border.

Footbik Early Years Soccer will soon open in the East Gate Square shopping center, alongside Barnes & Noble, PetSmart and Crunch Fitness, academy owner M & J Wilkow announced.

“The addition of Footbik to the tenant roster at East Gate Square is very exciting for us,” General Manager Laura Martin said. “The concept is more important than ever as children of all ages are in need of new ways to physically and emotionally develop in a post-pandemic world. Footbik’s unique programs are a wonderful addition to the shopping center and to the surrounding community.”

Footbik focuses on early development with programs designed by the TSM Academy, a Dutch method of learning through soccer. In addition to learning how to play soccer, children are taught unique methods of physical, personal, intellectual, and social development to promote growth, responsibility, and ambitiousness along with self-esteem and personal power. Footbik offers various programs to a variety of age groups ranging from 1.5 years to 7 years.
