Black History Month Kids' Event At Sayreville McDonald's
A Barnes & Noble employee, a police officer and a local librarian will read books about African-American history to children in attendance.

SAYREVILLE, NJ — Next Saturday, Feb. 23 the Sayreville McDonald's on Rt. 9 will host an African-American "read-in" to celebrate Black History Month.
Members of the community, including a Barnes & Noble employee, a police officer and a local librarian, will read books about African-American history to children in attendance. This is a free, family-friendly event that is open to the public.
The McDonald's will also give out 50 Happy Meals, 50 books and 50 backpacks to children who attend.
