NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Update, Friday, March 8: The boy has been safely located.

The New Brunswick police department seeks your help in locating a missing child, they announced Wednesday night, March 6.

Otoniel Martinez-Ulloa, 14 years old, was last seen on Tuesday, March 5 wearing a pink sweater, grey jacket and khaki pants.
