Donate a Coat to the Super Community Coat Drive

Jersey Cares, in cooperation with Walmart, the 2014 NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee, and New York Cares has launched the Super Community Coat Drive, the largest coat drive to be held in the tri-state area.

The goal of the drive is to distribute more than 60,000 new and gently used coats to people throughout the region without warm winter wear. 

According to the Jersey Cares website, coats are being accepted now through Feb. 7, 2014. There are three drop-off sites in the New Brunswick area.

• Delta Kappa Epsilom, 78 College Ave., accepts donations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call (908) 917-2652 for more information.

• Little Caesars Pizza, 707 Georges Road, North Brunswick, accepts donations from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Call (908) 420-3476.
